Job Description

SCM specializes in development within Production, Logistics, and Procurement. We’re a wonderful team of dedicated colleagues who are passionate about driving development and advising our clients, while supporting one another.

We’re looking for someone who:

· Is an experienced procurement professional who understands how successful procurement creates value for companies

· Thrives in a cross-functional environment and can successfully drive procurement initiatives

· Work efficiently and goal-oriented in a team as well as individually

· Are a reliable and responsible problem-solver driven by personal development

In this role, you will work closely with SCM’s management. The focus will be on developing and delivering our procurement offerings, for both existing and new customers. An important part of the role will also be to project manage and drive your own client assignments.

We are looking for someone based in the Stockholm office who is prepared to actively work on assignments throughout Sweden.

Qualifications

We expect you to have a degree in engineering in a relevant field and 3–8 years of experience in procurement. You should have a solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in building and developing relationships, both with clients and internally at AFRY.

To succeed in this role, we’d like you to have:

· Strong business acumen, enabling you to transform complex information into actionable insights

· Experience driving projects toward clear time and budget targets

· A solid problem-solving toolkit for procurement

· Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· A Class B driver’s license, as travel may be a regular part of your role at times

Our assignments are varied, and many are in security-classified areas, which means you may need to undergo a security clearance process before starting with us. Swedish citizenship is required.
