Job Description

Would you like to work on a global scale while also enjoying a sense of belonging in a wonderful team of other specialists, where everyone contributes valuable expertise, experience, and enthusiasm?

We are now looking for quality engineers who want to help coordinate quality assurance in production or on projects. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in quality standards and communicate requirements and expectations. In the role of quality engineer, you will coordinate, recommend, and plan quality assurance activities to be carried out in production or on assigned projects.

You will drive and be responsible for improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of our customers’ products and our way of working. This involves both working with cross-functional teams to find solutions to problems that arise and engaging in long-term efforts to improve quality and processes.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring product quality and overseeing quality assurance activities and work methods.
  • Continuously monitoring the quality status and, when necessary, initiating quality assurance measures.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of audits and decision-making forums.
  • Contribute to broadening the department’s collective expertise.

We are now seeking new employees for our Quality Engineering (QE) business area at several of our offices in Sweden. Our team includes everyone from recent graduates to senior professionals with broad expertise in quality, welding, and materials.

Qualifications

A suitable educational background is a Master of Science in Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a few years of professional experience or equivalent experience gained in the workplace.

It is advantageous if you have any of the following experience:

  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or EN9100
  • 8D, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA.
  • APQP/PPAP
  • IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-640
  • FAI (First Article Inspection), according to EN9102

As a person, you are driven and responsible. We also believe you are a strong communicator with the ability to report on and present quality-related milestones. You enjoy working collaboratively in a team as well as independently and taking ownership of your work.

Since much of the work may involve international clients, you are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

This position may require you to undergo and pass a security clearance, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
