Job description

Are you a driven and committed person with a few years of experience in quality management? Do you want to help our customers in different industries to develop their processes? Then you could be the one we are looking for!

As a consultant with us, you will work with our customers to ensure and further develop their processes and management systems, hold training courses, conduct audits or work in quality-related processes such as changes and deviations. You will contribute with your expertise in:

• Implementation and maintenance of management systems according to ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 27001 and 45001
• Conducting internal audits
• Process mapping and process development
• Support in certification preparation and improvement work

You will work both independently and in teams, usually in the customer's business, which requires good communication skills and consultancy.

Who are we?

Our Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) section consists of about 30 employees in Mälardalen, Malmö and Gothenburg. The section is run by Britta-Stina together with group manager Lars and our team leader Jacob. Among our employees, who are everything from new graduates to seniors, there is a broad competence in quality, compliance and business development. We work with products throughout their life cycle as well as processes throughout the company's organization in different industries and organizations.

Qualifications

We would like you to have:

• 2-8 years of experience in quality-related tasks
• relevant university education in engineering, environment or equivalent
• previous experience of ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 27001 or 45001
• fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

We will be extra happy if you also have:

• previous experience as an internal auditor or lead auditor
• experience with ISO 9100

As a person, you are structured, analytical and easy to build trust. You have a large dose of pragmatism and are happy to work together with both more junior and senior colleagues.
