Job Description

As a consultant with us, you’ll have the opportunity to assist our clients with various types of quality and process-related tasks, such as:

• Developing new processes or improving existing ones
• Establishing new management systems
• Implementing processes together with process owners 
• Conducting training sessions
• Performing audits
• Working with quality-related processes such as changes and nonconformities.

You will work with many different points of contact at client sites and are expected to take the initiative in your daily work. Most of our assignments take place on-site at the client’s location, so you must be able to balance being part of—and actively contributing to—our department while working at the client’s site.

Who are we?

Our Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) department consists of approximately 20 employees in the Mälardalen region, Malmö, and Gothenburg. Our team—which ranges from recent graduates to senior professionals—brings a broad range of expertise in quality, compliance, and business development. We work with products throughout their entire lifecycle or with processes across the entire company organization in various industries and organizations.

Qualifications

You inspire confidence and have the ability to quickly adapt to new environments, industries, and products. You are independent but also enjoy working with colleagues to share your knowledge. We hope you’ll learn just as much from us as we’ll learn from you!  

You also have:

• 3–8 years of experience in quality-related tasks
• a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• experience working with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 27001, or 45001 in a manufacturing organization or within a municipality or county council

Of course, you are meticulous and quality-conscious with a dose of pragmatism, and you have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We value knowledge and experience in supplier management, change or nonconformance management, and the conduct of audits.
