Job description

We are now looking for a Quality Manager on behalf of a client in Trollhättan. In this role, you will be the contact person for quality systems and fulfillment of customer requirements for the customer for whom, after an introductory program, you will be given your own responsibility. Supportive colleagues with a wide range of skills and experience are available in the team you will join. You will work closely with program, manufacturing and engineering, as well as with process managers to support continuous improvement and compliance processes.

Tasks included in the role are:

- Analyze, review and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

- Handle customer complaints.

- Act as subject matter expert for the customer's quality system requirements.

- Train employees on the customer's system requirements.

- Contribute to improvements of our Operations Management System (OMS).

- Support the organization with a proactive approach, process management, continuous improvement, problem solving etc.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We see that you have a technical education in the relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 3 years). We also see that you have experience from proactive work with different quality tools.

You are:

- Analytical and well-structured as a person and can easily communicate both in writing and orally in both Swedish and English.

- Communicative, enterprising and cooperative.

The position requires that you undergo and pass a security clearance, in accordance with the Security Protection Act. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
