Job description
Are you an experienced specialist in refrigeration and heat pump technology and want to work with advanced energy systems in complex projects? We are now looking for a refrigeration specialist to join our HVAC section in Stockholm who wants to contribute with expertise in the development of future energy-efficient cooling and heating solutions.
With us, you will have the opportunity to work in technically challenging projects together with experts in energy, installation and sustainability. The projects include commercial properties, industry, hospitals, laboratories and data centers where requirements for energy efficiency and system integration are high.
In the role of cooling specialist, you will act as a technical expert and advisor in projects where advanced cooling and energy systems are central. You will work both in the early stages of system selection and analysis as well as in the design phases where you support project teams with specialist expertise.
Examples of tasks:
System design and technical advice on refrigeration systems and heat pump solutions
Analysis and sizing of chillers, heat pumps, free cooling and hybrid solutions
Evaluation and design of thermal energy storage systems, such as geothermal and ground source heat and cold storage (BTES/ATES)
Advice on refrigerant selection and future technical solutions
Interpretation and application of the EU:F-gas regulation and other relevant regulations
Technical advice in complex projects such as data centers, industrial processes and major real estate projects
Collaboration with energy engineers, HVAC designers and other technical specialists in multidisciplinary projects
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have at least 8 years of experience in refrigeration or heat pump technology, for example as a consultant, specialist or technical expert.
You have deep knowledge in several of the following areas:
Commercial refrigeration systems and heat pumps
Refrigerants and the trend towards new low-GWP refrigerants
EU regulations and the F-gas regulation
Drilled borehole storage, geothermal heating, geothermal cooling and other thermal energy storage
Integration between cooling, heating and energy systems in buildings or industry
It is an advantage if you also have experience in:
Large or technically complex installations
Data halls, laboratories or industrial cooling systems
Energy system analysis or system optimization
Commissioning or technical responsibility in projects
You have a relevant technical education, such as civil engineering or university engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Personal qualities
As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented and enjoy working with complex technical issues. You are happy to share your expertise and contribute to the development of both projects and colleagues.
As our assignments are carried out in close dialogue with customers, it is a requirement that you master Swedish well in both speech and writing.
