Job description

Do you want to be involved in ensuring that delivered products maintain the highest quality even after delivery? In the role of Retrofit Preparer, you will play a key role in planning and preparing upgrades and changes to already produced products - often directly at the customer's site.

In this role, you work in an iterative environment where changes in software, design or customer-specific additions are a natural part of the product's life cycle. These changes are managed through the customer's Retrofit process, where you, together with three other retrofit preparers, are responsible for planning and implementing upgrades.

The role includes:

• Prepare technical changes to already produced vehicles.
• Ensure that the right materials are picked and delivered on time according to schedule.
• Coordinate efforts with workshops and customer teams - both internally and externally.
• Contribute to improvements in working methods and processes.

The work takes place both from the customer's office and at their customers, which means that travel in the service may occur

Qualifications

You have technical skills and the ability to understand and analyze technical documentation. We would like you to have experience from similar roles.

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Be structured, communicative and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy having many contact surfaces and taking responsibility.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
• Experience with business systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of PLM Aras and drawing reading is an advantage

As the customer is in the defense industry, you need to be comfortable with a drug test, as well as being able to undergo a security check.

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this role
