Requirements

We are looking for you who have experience of working with risk management in general and specifically in climate risks, at least 5 years of experience. You enjoy working on big picture issues, are systematic and like to work on complex problems and are a team player. We would like to see that you have an academic degree in a relevant field or acquired your knowledge accordingly.

In the role as a consultant, you need to build personal networks both at client companies and internally at AFRY. If you have a built-up network, we see it as a great advantage. Furthermore, you are good at maintaining and managing your existing relationships and you are triggered by finding new business opportunities. You also need the ability to manage a budget and deliver with short deadlines, as well as plan and organize your work yourself. If you also like to be an assignment leader and guide your colleagues, we see that as a plus.

To work with security, high demands are placed on the ability to communicate. Therefore, you will be required to be fluent in Swedish and have a good command of spoken and written English.

We consider it a merit if you have experience of climate adaptation strategies and measures for both larger areas, e.g. in planning processes, and individual properties.

We value personal integrity, accuracy and that you have a genuine interest in your work.
