Job Description

Would you like to help shape the future of production solutions in Swedish industry?

We are looking for someone driven by understanding customer needs and translating them into innovative and effective automation solutions. With us, you’ll be part of a team of experts and specialists in delivering turnkey solutions – where we take full responsibility from concept to a finished, working solution.

In this role, you will be responsible for sales of our broad range of automation solutions for production environments. You will drive deals from start to finish and work closely with both customers and internal specialists.

You will play a central role in:

  • Developing the business and our offering
  • Working with strategic customer engagement
  • Driving deals and projects in close collaboration with the customer
  • Contributing to the development of our working methods and processes

We are looking for someone with strong industry knowledge and a solid background in sales, production, system design, or project delivery. We are looking for someone who communicates easily with people and is a skilled problem-solver. For this role, your personal qualities are the most important factor for us, but we also want you to have some prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

We believe you are a business-driven problem solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You are skilled at building trust and creating long-term relationships.

You are:

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Communicative and relationship-building
  • Solution-oriented with a strong business focus
  • Confident in leading dialogues at various levels

 

We believe you have:

  • Sales experience, preferably in B2B
  • Experience with strategic customer engagement
  • Experience in automation, production, or logistics
  • Experience in project management (a plus and valuable for the role)
  • Experience in robotic automation (a plus)
  • Technical education at the college level (a plus)
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Class B driver’s license

Additional information

Our customers are located throughout the country but primarily within a 150-kilometer radius of the place of business. It is therefore important that you are able to travel for work.
