Job description
We are now looking for dedicated Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTE) who believe in the agile methodology.
In the Project Management section of the Connected Products unit, you will work with product development of high-tech and intelligent products for the sustainable world of the future.
As a Scrum Master/RTE with us at AFRY, you will be part of a fantastic and incredibly competent group of colleagues who work together to create innovative and sustainable solutions together with our customers. We work broadly with clients in many different industries, ranging from banks and mobility to the sharpest product companies in the region.
About the position
As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for ensuring that the team follows the agile process, you are responsible for organizing and leading planning sessions, sprint reviews and everything that is part of Scrum to deliver a better product for each sprint. You are also responsible for coaching the organization in Scrum/agile processes
As a Release Train Engineer (RTE) you are responsible for facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) according to the SAFe framework, you are responsible for organizing and leading planning sessions (PI planning) reviews and everything that is included in leading an ART. You are also responsible for coaching Scrummasters and team leaders in the agile process.
