Our current Group Manager is moving on to new challenges and we are therefore looking for a replacement.

The role of Manager - Industry Kiruna

We are looking for a Section (Service Area Manager) or Group Manager, depending on your seniority and experience. As a manager in AFRY's Industry division, you have overall responsibility for the section - personnel, business, marketing, growth and profitability. Your task is to build a long-term sustainable business with high competence and delivery capacity.

You lead with a coaching approach and create a work environment where employees thrive and develop. At the same time, you drive business, nurture existing customer relationships and open doors to new opportunities.

What do we do?

The Industry Kiruna section works with design, construction and project management in Electrical, Instrument, Automation, Mechanical, Piping, HVAC and Maintenance in both small and large industrial projects. Our clients are mainly in the Mining & Steel sector.

You will be part of AFRY's office in Kiruna with about 30 competent colleagues and are also part of the management team for Industry Region North - from Hudiksvall to Kiruna.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a technical college education and work experience from industry.
• Have experience of leadership and staff responsibility.
• Have experience of sales and customer relations.
• Have had budget and profit and loss responsibility.
• Have a strong network in the region and see collaboration as the key to success.

You are business-driven, communicative and coaching in your leadership style - with the ability to create opportunities and see change as something positive.
