AFRY Advanced Automation is a large organization within AFRY, with just over 700 dedicated employees in Sweden, we help our customers with advanced technical solutions at the same time as we are entering a transition in industry towards a greener future and more digitized world. We therefore see a great need to engage more competent employees.

In the role of Lead Automation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to take overall responsibility for our work with Emerson Delta V and help shape the future direction. While there is some flexibility to work remotely if needed, and the office in Malmö is your natural starting point, it is important to recognize that much of the work takes place in Denmark and within commuting distance to the north.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are business-minded, analytical and have a keen eye for detail. You are solution-oriented, take initiative and thrive on responsibility. Your curiosity drives you to constantly develop and improve ways of working - with a focus on customer value and efficiency.

You are a good communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and are responsive to both colleagues and partners. You have a professional approach, collaborative skills and thrive in complex contexts.

We would like you to have solid experience in your field and a relevant network to build on. You have an interest in helping to build a customer base in the area, as we see potential to develop this further together.

In addition to these personal qualities, we believe that you:

• Have several years of experience with Emerson Delta V.
• A graduate engineer in automation, professionally trained automation engineer or have equivalent work experience.
• Have a driving license B as travel occurs as a natural part of our assignments.
• Master both Swedish and English well in both speech and writing.
