-Vision/camera-based quality control

-New production methodologies

  • Help reduce manual tasks through smart and efficient solutions
  • Work closely with operators and production teams to ensure buy-in and practical implementation

We are looking for someone who

  • Has senior-level experience in business development and Operational Excellence within the manufacturing industry
  • Has a strong understanding of LEAN Manufacturing, flow optimization, and process improvements
  • Have documented experience identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
  • Are accustomed to working closely with production and are driven by creating practical improvements
  • Understand quality requirements within, for example, the automotive industry
  • Has experience with or an interest in automation, robotics, and modern production technology
  • Is self-motivated, driven, pragmatic, and has strong communication skills

Qualifications

Experience in business development, production engineering management,  process development,  quality management, lean manufacturing, or similar experience.
