Job description
Some of the Nordic region's most renowned architects and designers are now joining forces to form an international business - AFRY Architects. We are more than 500 architects and designers offering a wide range of design expertise - interior and exterior architecture for industrial, public and private buildings, infrastructure, urban development, landscape architecture, acoustics and also light, sound and product design.
We are now looking for a senior commissioning architect with a high creative level and strong business understanding to join our Stockholm operation. You will work with clients with strong identities in hospitality, retail and offices, where architecture is a central part of the brand experience.
In the role of lead architect, you have overall responsibility from idea and concept to customer relationship and business. As a strategic advisor, you drive projects, build relationships and create new business opportunities. The position is located in Stockholm.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who
- Have a degree in architecture and at least 15 years of relevant work experience
- Are business-driven and used to working closely with customers and decision-makers
- Have an established network and thrive in a sales role
- Have a very high level of design and creativity
- Have extensive experience of complex projects in hospitality, retail and/or office and is confident in leading the meeting between creative idea and technical expertise
