We’re looking for someone who is a true team player, passionate about Supply Chain Management, and eager to help develop our business together with our clients!
AFRY Supply Chain Management consists of about 50 dedicated consultants in logistics, production, and procurement. We are now looking to expand our operations with another senior consultant in project logistics.
With our collective experience, we assist clients with assignments and projects in Supply Chain Management. These assignments vary based on client needs and include, among other things, operational support and development, analyses, feasibility studies, requirements specifications, procurement, and consulting on implementation and change management.
We value curiosity and knowledge sharing, both with clients and colleagues. With us, you’ll have a varied role where business development is a natural part of the job. Together with dedicated colleagues, sales representatives, and managers, you’ll help develop the business and enhance our ability to deliver larger and more comprehensive projects in Supply Chain Management.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or another relevant technical field. In addition, you should have:
· At least 10 years of experience, preferably as a consultant, in industrial, construction, and/or investment projects
· Documented experience establishing, developing, and leading logistics functions in large-scale industrial, construction, and/or investment projects
· Documented experience leading teams in a project-based setting
· Extensive experience working in complex project organizations where quick decision-making, flexibility, and the ability to get things done are critical to the project’s success
· Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build effective collaborations with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners
· Proven experience in running your own business
· A Class B driver’s license and a willingness to travel for extended periods when necessary
In addition, you are:
· Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
· Based in Norrbotten, or able to work on-site in the region
· Available to start the assignment in December 2026
