About the role

Supply Chain Management specializes in development within Production, Logistics and Purchasing. We are a great bunch of committed employees who are passionate about driving development and advising our customers while supporting each other. Having fun at work is a must!

We're looking for someone who:

• Have a well-established network of contacts in the industry
• Work efficiently and purposefully in teams as well as individually
• Are driven to develop yourself and your team through common goals

In the role, you will work closely with Section Manager Erik Fahlén and Group Manager Carl-Magnus Theorell. The focus will be on establishing and developing our business in northern Norrland. This includes actively driving business development towards new and existing customers and recruiting new employees. An important part of the role will also be to project manage and run our own customer assignments.

We are looking for you who want to work in northern Norrland and we are flexible with location, which means that you can start from AFRY's offices in Luleå, Piteå or Skellefteå.

Requirements specification

We see that you are basically an engineer educated in a relevant field and have more than 5 years of experience in project-driven operations. You should also have a genuine interest in creating and developing relationships, both with customers and internally within AFRY.

To succeed in this role, we also see that you have:

• Experience of leadership at team and project level
• Strong business understanding where you utilize complex information into actionable insights
• Experience of driving work towards clear time and budget targets
• Deep knowledge of SCM and preferably experience in some of the areas below:
• Establishment and development of new and existing businesses/industries
• Location, transportation and layout studies
• Requirements, procurement and project management (with a focus on industrial services and/or equipment)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
