In our Cyber Security & Resilience unit, we work to protect critical infrastructure and develop sustainable security solutions for the future. We are now looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist who wants to contribute to strengthening cyber security in critical operations.
Job description
Scope of work:
- Work as a consultant on strategic and technical engagements with key customers in defense and mission-critical organizations
- Independently plan and execute initiatives based on customer needs
- Conduct technical planning, risk management, and reporting to senior management
- Implement and work with standards in one or more of these areas: ISO 27001, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, ISO/SAE 21434:2021, R155/156, NIST CSF or IEC62443
You will be a key player in contributing to the development of organization, products and services with a focus on security. The role as a consultant involves both participating in and driving skills enhancement activities and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering (basic requirement), preferably with a focus on information technology, or IT, information security or similar areas
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic roles in mission-critical organizations
- Documented experience working with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, ISO/SAE 21434:2021, R155/156 and preferably NIST or IEC62443
- Very good knowledge of English (Danish or Norwegian is a plus)
Additional:
- Experience in DevSecOps, product and service development
- Background in defense or other critical operations
- Certifications in ITIL or similar
- Accreditation

Security clearance &; Education verification
As we often work in security classified assignments, this position may require security clearance and registry check before employment.Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
