Job description
Are you an experienced design engineer with a passion for product development in heavy vehicles and industrial applications? Have you worked on chassis, welded structures or lifting equipment and want to help shape the robust and innovative solutions of tomorrow? Then this role could be the next step for you.
As a senior designer with us, you will work with the development and design of components and systems for heavy vehicles and lift trucks. The work revolves around strength, welded structures and chassis solutions that place high demands on function, safety and service life. You will work in a CAD environment, mainly Creo or Catia, where you drive the projects from the idea stage to the finished product in close collaboration with colleagues in design, calculation and production.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with an academic background in mechanical engineering or equivalent, who have several years of experience in design for heavy vehicles or similar industrial areas. You are used to working with steel structures and welded solutions, have an eye for strength and material selection, and can adapt design to both function and manufacturing process. If you have experience with PDM or PLM systems, such as Teamcenter, it is an advantage. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
