Job Description

We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to help drive digital development across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the public sector, energy, and defense. This role is ideal for someone motivated by creating structure, building trust, and leading people and organizations through change.

As a consultant with us, you’ll work closely with our clients on projects where technology, operations, and people intersect. You’ll become a key advisory partner, helping organizations drive digital transformation initiatives forward—from early feasibility studies through implementation and management. Assignments vary in scope and complexity, and you’ll work both strategically and operationally in roles such as project manager and operations manager, primarily within mission-critical operations.

In this role, you will lead development and implementation projects in IT and digitalization, where you will be responsible for coordinating teams, stakeholders, and deliverables within complex organizations. You will work in both project and program management and play a key role in creating structure, driving collaboration, and ensuring progress. A central part of the job is also building long-term relationships and fostering trust with clients and partners through clear communication and close collaboration at both the operational and strategic levels. You will also actively contribute to improvement initiatives and identify opportunities that create long-term value for the client.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least five years of experience leading IT, systems development, or digitalization projects with budget responsibility in the public sector and/or the energy sector
  • A college degree in, for example, systems development, management, or a related field
  • Certification in project management and knowledge of governance frameworks, such as PM3, ITIL, or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience with agile methodologies, the consulting role, or requirements analysis in early project phases, as well as knowledge of LOU, is a plus.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and believe you are a confident, relationship-building project manager who thrives in collaborative environments with many points of contact. You have a good understanding of customer needs, are communicative, and have the ability to inspire engagement and build trust across various types of organizations. At the same time, you have a business-oriented mindset and see opportunities to contribute long-term value for both the customer and the team.
