As Senior Manager Security & Resilience, you will be responsible for developing, establishing, and managing processes, methods, and governance within business continuity management, incident and crisis management, intelligence and threat analysis, travel security, and project security.

You will work both strategically and operationally and serve as a senior advisor to management, business areas, and support functions. You will translate external and security-related risks into decision-making input and concrete measures, and drive development initiatives within Security & Resilience.

In this role, you will, among other things:

  • Develop and implement governance, processes, and working methods within Security & Resilience.
  • Further develop AFRY’s capabilities in business continuity, incident and crisis management, as well as training and exercises.
  • Be responsible for external environment monitoring, intelligence gathering, threat assessments, and strategic decision-making support.
  • Develop working methods within the function’s various areas of responsibility.
  • Strengthen AFRY’s ability to prevent and manage insider-related risks and security incidents.
  • Provide expert support and advice to management and the business.

The role involves close collaboration with Group Management, business areas, and support functions such as People & Culture, Legal, Compliance, and IT. You will lead without formal personnel responsibility and make an impact through influence, coordination, and expertise. Travel within Sweden and internationally may be required. The position is based at our office in Solna, Stockholm.

The position may involve work in security-sensitive operations and the handling of classified information.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in strategic security work within a large and complex organization, preferably in an international environment. You have experience developing and implementing processes, governance, and management systems in areas such as operational security, business continuity, incident and crisis management, or other security domains. We would prefer that you have prior experience in operational leadership and supervisory roles.

You also have experience in intelligence work, external environment analysis, or threat assessments, as well as in training, supporting, and influencing managers and leadership teams.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Training in crisis management, total defense, or civil security.
  • Training in intelligence operations and security protection.
  • Very strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Since English is the Group’s working language, it is important that you feel confident using English in your daily work.

As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to drive work forward and ensure delivery. You are adept at building trust and relationships at various levels within an organization and are confident in influencing decision-makers through clear communication, well-founded analyses, and a solid understanding of business operations.
