Do you want to use your extensive experience and expertise in machine design to shape future products? At AFRY, you will have the chance to work as a senior consultant and lead the development of innovative solutions in mechanical engineering. We are now looking for an experienced and driven Senior Mechanical Designer to join our team in Halmstad!
As a Senior Mechanical Designer with us at AFRY, you will have a key role in the development of ground-breaking products and solutions for our clients' most challenging needs. You will lead and drive complex machine design projects from concept to finished product, while acting as a technical expert and mentor to your colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least five years of work experience in the field. You are proficient in advanced machine design tools and software, such as Solid Works, Creo and/or Inventor. With strong technical skills and a deep understanding of mechanical principles, materials and manufacturing methods, you will also have experience in leading and coaching teams in mechanical engineering, as well as the ability to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. You will have a good command of both spoken and written Swedish and English, and a relevant university degree in mechanics, mechanical engineering or product development.
