Job Description

We are looking for experienced test managers for assignments in complex and safety-critical environments where you will play a central role in driving, coordinating, and developing testing efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on testing activities in close collaboration with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders. You will work throughout the entire testing process, from test strategy and planning to execution, follow-up, and quality assurance, and help ensure structure and quality in the deliverables.

The work involves system, integration, and acceptance testing in an environment with many dependencies and high demands for collaboration. An important part of the role is also to contribute to requirements work by ensuring testability and supporting the development teams on quality-related issues throughout the delivery.

The assignment takes place in an environment where multiple teams and stakeholders work closely together, which requires good communication, structure, and the ability to build consensus around testing and quality in complex deliveries. Since some of our assignments involve security-classified operations, Swedish citizenship and a valid security clearance and background check may be required.

Qualifications

Who are you?

• Academic degree in systems development, computer science, or an equivalent technical background
• Several years of experience in test management and software testing
• Experience with testing in complex system environments, preferably in the the public sector or the energy industry
• Experience leading teams and in coordinating roles in test projects within agile environments
• Certification in ISTQB
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Accustomed to working methodically with requirements traceability and quality assurance
• We consider the following experience to be advantageous: 
• Experience with defense or security-classified systems
• Previous work in a consulting role
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD
• Experience with testing tools and ALM platforms, such as&#Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps/TFS, or similar tools
• Certifications such as SAFe, ITIL, IREB, or Scrum Master.
• Experience with AI in testing.
