Job description

Do you want to lead test work in technically complex and socially important environments - and at the same time contribute to high quality in advanced systems used in Sweden and internationally? For our QA team, we are now looking for an experienced test manager who wants to take a key role in our development projects and drive test strategy, test planning and test implementation in close collaboration with development teams, system engineers and customers.

As a test manager, you are responsible for structuring, leading and developing the test work in our major projects. You will have a varied workday where you work both operationally and strategically - from developing test plans to coordinating acceptance tests and quality assurance of complex system environments.

You will, among other things:

- Plan, coordinate and lead tests, including system and acceptance tests with customers

- Develop test plans, test cases, test procedures and test data

- Conduct tests in reference and simulated environments

- Ensure requirements traceability and verify functional requirements

- Document test results, follow up on deviations and drive improvements in test processes

- Contribute to the development of test methodology, automation and CI/CD flows

- Interact closely with development, system engineers and other engineering teams

We work at the customer 3-5 days per week depending on the customer's needs and any security classification of the projects, which provides a varied everyday life with technical development and close cooperation with customers and colleagues. At the office in Stockholm, we take advantage of the opportunity to socialize - we strengthen the team spirit through joint breakfast, coffee and regular team activities and section meetings.

As many of our assignments are in the public sector and are security-classified assignments, you must have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, to cope with the assignments and meet the requirements of our customers. You must also have Swedish citizenship to pass security clearance and background checks. A criminal record check is part of our recruitment process.

Qualifications

Who are you?

Requirements profile:

- Several years of experience in test management and software testing

- Experience of test work in complex system environments - preferably in the public sector or safety-critical systems

- Experience of leading teams and coordinating roles in test projects in agile environments

- Academic education in system development, computer science or equivalent technical background

- Certification in ISTQB

- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

- Used to working methodically with requirements traceability and quality assurance

- Swedish citizenship and the ability to undergo security clearance

Advantageous:

- Experience with defense or security classified systems

- Previous work in consulting role

- Experience with test automation and CI/CD

- Experience with testing tools and ALM platforms, such as Zephyr, Polarion or TestRail, Jira, Confluence, DOORS, Azure DevOps/TFS

- Certifications such as SAFe, ITIL, IREB or Scrum Master.
