Job description

Do you want to take the lead and develop the electrical solutions of the future? As Service Area Manager for Electrical Engineering West, you will have a strategic and operational role with great responsibility and many contact surfaces. You lead the service area's operations and are responsible for:

• Strategies, profitability and results
• Quality, personnel and skills development
• Customer relations and business development

You are a present leader who sees and hears your employees and helps them grow. The role is combined with being active in projects yourself, for example as a project manager or specialist.

Your managerial role also includes:

• Developing the service area in collaboration with other units within the region
• Contributing to the long-term development of the business area
• Motivating and further developing employees through a modern and coaching leadership
• Building teams and creating clarity around common goals

Qualifications

We are looking for you who combine technical skills with inspiring leadership. You are communicative, result-oriented and enjoy building relationships and motivating your team towards common goals.

We look for you to have:

• Experience of leadership in technical activities, preferably from a similar role
• High school education in technology or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
• System experience in Office 365 and business systems
• Inclusive and development-oriented leadership
• Collaboration skills and good communication
• Results orientation and drive to achieve goals

Additional:

• Experience in project management and business development
• Leadership training
• Experience in the service sector or technical consultancy
• Certification in project management or leadership
