Job description

In the role of Test Designer, you will work with reviewing and analyzing requirements and specifications for software-based functions. You will collaborate with other departments such as the systems department and engineering departments on the development and design of test cases.

Examples of duties: 

• Determine how to verify requirements to ensure functionality and security
• Write test cases and participate in the planning of what to test
• Analyze test results and bug reports

Travel on duty may occur. 

As the position involves work subject to defense secrecy, you will be required to complete and pass a security clearance with a registry check. 

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants with a university degree in the field of technology, preferably in electronics, mechatronics or software. You have basic knowledge of programming and it is advantageous if you have experience of MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, Python and/or CANoe. If you have previous experience of software testing on embedded systems or knowledge of automotive systems, we see it as very positive.

Requirements:

• Good Swedish and English in speech/writing
• Driving license class B
• Engineering education in electronics and/or software or equivalent
