Job Description

About the Role

As a Structural Engineer at Industrial Civil in Luleå, you’ll be part of a dedicated team working on structural engineering for industrial and civil engineering projects. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from concept and design to finished structural solutions.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Working with 3D design and drawing production for steel and concrete structures.  
• Developing sustainable and technically sound solutions based on calculations and project requirements.  
• Participating in the design and development of structures for industrial facilities.
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple technical disciplines to create comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute technical problem-solving to both small and large projects.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We believe you have experience in structural engineering and are motivated by turning technical challenges into practical solutions. You are curious, quality-conscious, and recognize the value of collaborating with others to achieve the best results.

To succeed in this role, we look for the following:

• A college degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in structural engineering.  
• Experience with relevant design tools.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Experience with dimensioning, FE analyses, or tools such as Tekla and Revit is a plus.
