We are looking for you who want to work to contribute to a more robust society and who thrive in a consulting role and support our customers in their everyday lives. As a consultant within AFRY, you will be part of assignments related to the customer's system environment; applications, servers, clients and storage. The role includes installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of operating systems, services, programs and hardware on both servers and clients. Qualifications

We are looking for you who have previous work experience as a system administrator. 

To thrive in the consulting role, you need to be a person who takes their own initiative and likes to solve problems and move the work forward. We often work in teams, so we are looking for you who are a pronounced team player!

You should have the following qualifications:

Work experience as a system administrator to support the operation, management and installation of Linux and open source applications.  

• Advanced system administration and troubleshooting of Linux-based systems with IT security requirements to protect information covered by confidentiality according to OSL (2009:400) Chapter 15 or Chapter 18. The requirement must be proven within the last 6 years.
• SELinux knowledge/experience
• virtualization, such as KVM/libvirt or Proxmox 
• security logging demonstrated experience
• backup management demonstrated experience
• operational monitoring demonstrated experience
• network traffic and protocols demonstrated experience
• automated configuration management, such as Puppet or Ansible 

In addition, you should have work experience in:

• Virtualization, such as KVM/libvirt or Proxmox, security logging, backup management operations monitoring and network traffic and protocols, and automated configuration management, such as Puppet or Ansible;
• Authentication solutions, such as PKI, federation services, FreeIPA
• Protection of information subject to confidentiality according to OSL (2009:400) 15 ch.
• System administration during operation and management and the introduction of IT security solutions in systems or services.

If you have previously worked or made assignments in municipalities, county councils, FMV, the Armed Forces, authorities and / or universities, you should recognize yourself in many of the above requirements.

For many of our assignments, Swedish citizenship is required as security clearance and registry approval are part of entering several clients due to defense-related activities. Approved security clearance is a requirement for employment.
