Have you worked with holistic thinking, complex technical systems, several phases of a system's life cycle and requirements management? Then you could be the one we are looking for!

Our team of dedicated people is looking for a Systems Engineer/Technical Project Manager who is eager to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We work with several companies and government agencies, primarily in the defense and automotive industries to create secure end-to-end solutions, streamline processes and contribute to complex system development.

The tasks may vary depending on which customer you work with, and in which phase of the system's life cycle, but common to all is that you get the opportunity to work with exciting technology in advanced and complex systems that make a difference to society.

Our Systems Engineer/Technical Project Manager should have a good eye for creating customized solutions and be well oriented at every stage of the system's life cycle.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are used to working on larger and more complex projects that require good collaboration skills. As a consultant and experienced, you contribute with customer value and additional sales.

 In addition to the above, we want you to recognize yourself in the following:

• Civil engineer (or university engineer) focus from, for example, Systems in Technology and Society (STS), Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering. Even longer work experience in systems work can meet the requirements if you lack academic qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience of the following: systems work, life cycle perspective, technical project management/project participation, complex technical systems, requirements work, configuration management, ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), Systems Engineering and/or the life cycle model ISO 15288
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing as documentation, review and communication constitute a large part of the work

Meritande to have:

• Experience from the defense field, FMV processes and working methods and alternatively the defense industry
• Certification from the international Systems Engineering organization INCOSE
• Experience from the consulting profession
• Experience from computational science/programming thinking (mathematical modeling, numerical methods, programming and simulation, visualization and analysis)
• Experience from the EMC field is also something we like to capture

Further information

Our assignments are varied, many are in security classified areas, which means that you need to undergo and pass a security clearance before joining us. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.

The position is located in Solna/Stockholm. Depending on the assignment, you can sometimes work on site at the customer. Business trips also occur.
