Job description

Do you want to combine technical know-how with clear leadership in projects? As a Team Leader with us, you lead the daily work in our HVAC projects, support colleagues in their assignments and ensure that our deliveries are of high quality.

In the role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and following up projects - both in terms of time, quality and finances.

You are part of the management team in our Service Area where you work closely with the Service Area Manager, employees and customers and become an important part of developing working methods, cooperation and structure in the group.

The location for the role is at our office in Karlskrona.

Your main responsibilities:

Project and work management

• Plan, distribute and follow up the employees' tasks in projects
• Ensure good quality and delivery reliability in our assignments
• Follow up the projects' finances, occupancy and key figures

Leadership and development

• Be a daily support and sounding board for the employees
• Assist in the recruitment of new colleagues
• Develop working methods, routines and technology in HVAC design

Collaboration and coordination

• Work in project teams with colleagues from different offices and technical areas
• Drive experience exchange and contribute to good cooperation both internally and with customers

About the role
This is an operational leadership role with a focus on project execution and the day-to-day work of the team. You do not have personnel responsibility but are an important leader who creates structure, clarity and continuity.

The team consists of 16 colleagues in Hässleholm, Kristianstad, Karlshamn and Karlskrona. You will mainly work together with the employees in Blekinge.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience of leading work in technical projects and thrive in a combination of technology-related tasks and daily coordination. You are confident in contact with both customers and colleagues and have a structured way of working.

The role requires:

• Experience in a similar leading role, preferably in technical consulting services
• Experience in running and quality assuring technically complex projects
• Education as an upper secondary engineer or equivalent from YH or documented many years of experience from the industry.
• Good computer skills and experience of the Office package
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience of customer dialogue and work with long-term project solutions
• Experience in the development of working methods in HVAC design
• Experience of assignments in socially important sectors such as healthcare, high security, defense and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AutoCad and Revit
