Job description
We are looking for a Technical Documentalist to strengthen our team.
Examples of tasks within technical documentation are the production of instruction and repair books as well as the production of maintenance and handover documentation.
We are consultants who are driven by making a difference, and with us you will be part of a team consisting of knowledgeable, committed, inclusive and value-creating colleagues. We work in varying assignments in the defense sector.
The work is mainly conducted in Enköping during office hours, but business trips and deviating working hours may occur.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Relevant education in technology, documentation, information design or equivalent experience
- Experience in technical documentation, e.g. development of instruction manuals, etc.e.g. production of instruction manuals, repair manuals, maintenance and handover documentation
- Good ability to write and structure technical texts in Swedish (and preferably English).
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with document management systems
- Experience with FMV's processes, regulations and documentation requirements
- Experience working with the Swedish Armed Forces or the defense industry
Advantageous
- Experience with configuration management and life cycle management of materiel
- Knowledge of military systems and terminology
- Knowledge of standards and regulations for technical documentation (e.g. S1000D, ASD, etc.S1000D, ASD standards or equivalent)
- Experience working in Adobe FrameMaker
- Experience working with image and/or video editing

- Precise and structured with high quality deliverables
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Communicative and collaborative.
- Analytical and solution-oriented.
Language
- Swedish: good spoken and written
- English: good technical level
We envision that you have a genuine technical interest as well as curiosity and unpretentiousness towards both theoretical and practical tasks.
Our assignments are varied and are in security classified areas, which means that you need to undergo and pass a security check before you start with us. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
