Job description

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as a technical writer, are used to working topic-based and have skills in one or more XML editors.

At AFRY, you will be a permanent consultant, which means that you get the security of a stable employer - while you get the opportunity to work on varied assignments with many different clients. We collaborate with companies in several industries, which gives you the chance to develop in, for example:

• The defense industry
• The automotive industry
• Medical technology
• Consumer products from well-known brands

Examples of assignments we work with:

• Manuals
• Spare parts catalogs
• Facility documentation

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and pedagogy - and who have an easy time expressing yourself in writing in both Swedish and English.

You are structured, thorough and enjoy working in a team, but also have a strong personal drive and the ability to independently find information to take your work forward.

Above all, we are looking for a colleague who wants to contribute to a positive work environment where we share our knowledge, support each other and value collaboration. Understanding the customer's needs and focusing on solving their challenges is a natural part of our everyday work.

We see that you have:

• Engineering degree/technical background
• Experience working in XML-based systems
• Experience writing topic-based
• Good pedagogical skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

Meriterande:

• Experience with STE (Simplified Technical English)
• Experience from the defense industry
• Knowledge of S1000D
