Job description
We are now looking for an experienced and committed Technology Manager VA for Civil & Landscape Design South. You will work in an interdisciplinary team with competencies in Road/Street/Soil and Landscape, which provides good conditions for creating strong and comprehensive infrastructure solutions.

We support clients across the country and work with everything from municipalities and authorities to industry, municipal companies and private actors. Our assignments span the entire water and wastewater sector, from early investigations to detailed design, inspections and training initiatives.
As a technical manager, you have a key role in ensuring that the projects maintain high technical quality and meet both customer requirements and applicable regulations. You will be responsible for the budget, schedule and quality of your technical area and actively participate in project planning and technical design. During the course of the projects, you will follow up on the technical implementation to ensure that the work is progressing according to plan and that the result is of the right standard.
The role involves close collaboration with other disciplines and stakeholders to create integrated and sustainable solutions. You will also build good relationships with clients and partners, which is an important part of driving projects forward. Your experience, drive and commitment are crucial to the success of both the team and the projects as a whole.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a relevant university or civil engineering degree, or who have built up equivalent skills through longer experience in the industry. Your technical background is an important foundation for success in the role.
You have very good knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and are familiar with AMA. Since AFRY operates both nationally and internationally, it is important that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
The position can be based in Malmö, Karlskrona or Helsingborg. As we collaborate closely between our offices in the region, travel occurs in the service, and you thrive in a role that involves contact and collaboration across several geographical teams.
