Job description
We are close to 300 employees in the region that stretches from Gävle all the way up to Kiruna. We deliver tomorrow's infrastructure solutions in road, street and ground engineering as well as other socially useful specialist skills to our customers. For the Umeå section with colleagues in Skellefteå, Örnsköldsvik, Lycksele and Dorotea, we are now looking for a new Technical Manager in Road / Land.
In the role of our new Technical Manager Road / Land, you will technically lead the design in both single and multidisciplinary assignments of varying sizes. We work in projects with government, municipal or private clients.
Your main tasks:
- Coordination and management of designers in the technical field of road, ground and street design
- Planning and coordinating deliverables, resources and technical solutions in collaboration with project managers and designers
- Working and coordinating using BIM, digital tools and efficient workflows - and support others both in assignments and in technology development
- AMA texts - you contribute with the technology area's codes in TB and MF
- Develop the unit's work through collaboration with colleagues both nationally and internationally
Location: Umeå/Örnsköldsvik
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have at least five years of experience in road, street or land design
- Be confident in digital tools such as Civil3D and/or Novapoint
- Have an understanding of BIM, integrated design and how to ensure quality in deliveries
- Have experience working with AMA and have basic knowledge of ABK09, AB04 and ABT06
- Be fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
