Job Description
We’re now looking for a Technical Manager in road and land engineering to join our wonderful team and office in Östersund—someone who can take on all kinds of exciting projects, but above all, strengthen our team.

Our clients include municipalities, regions, and government agencies, as well as private sector organizations.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the technical aspects of projects and ensure they’re delivered to a high standard, within budget, and on schedule. You’ll work on technical design, lead and support colleagues, and collaborate closely with clients and other technical disciplines. Assignments range from smaller local projects to larger, long-term, and complex projects spanning several years. An important part of the role is preparing request for proposal (RFP) documents; experience working with technical specifications and associated bill of quantities is a plus.
Several large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects are planned in Northern Sweden in the coming years. Together with you, we look forward to tackling the challenges and opportunities these projects present in the fields of infrastructure and civil engineering.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people grow and about working together to create effective solutions. We believe you have several years of experience in land and road design and are ready to take the next step in your career.
You hold a college or university degree, or have equivalent knowledge acquired through other means. We also expect you to have a good understanding of the laws, standards, and technical guidelines that govern the industry, and to be able to ensure that our projects comply with applicable regulations and maintain high technical quality.
You are interested in technology and ideally have experience on the contractor side. As a team player, you enjoy sharing your knowledge. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
