To our team in Stockholm, we are now looking for an experienced technical tester with a focus on performance, test automation and system analysis for assignments in some of Sweden's most important businesses.
In this role, you work with performance verification, technical system testing and test automation in complex system environments where software, networks and hardware interact. You will analyze how systems behave under load, identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement of system stability, performance and reliability.

We work at the customer 3-5 days per week depending on the customer's needs and any security classification of the projects, which provides a varied everyday life with technical development and close cooperation with customers and colleagues. At the office in Stockholm, we take advantage of the opportunity to socialize - we strengthen the team spirit through joint breakfast, coffee and regular team activities and section meetings.
As many of our assignments are in the public sector and are security-classified assignments, you must have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, to cope with the assignments and meet the requirements of our customers. You must also have Swedish citizenship to pass security clearance and background checks. A criminal record check is part of our recruitment process.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are analytical, technically curious and enjoy working data-driven and solution-oriented. You are confident in dialogue with different technical roles and like to understand systems in depth.
Requirements:
- Experience in performance or load testing
- 5-10 years of experience in test automation in larger organizations
- Good understanding of Linux, networking and system architecture
- Experience in scripting, e.g. Python or Bash
- Experience with automation tools (ex. Postman, Selenium, SoapUI)
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Relevant university education or equivalent professional training/work experience
- ISTQB Foundation certification
- Swedish citizenship and ability to undergo security clearance
Meriterative:
- Experience of container and virtualization environments
- Programming skills in Java, JavaScript or Python
- Experience of CI/CD, automated testing and visualization tools
- Experience of public sector, Armed Forces or security classified projects
