About the Role We are now looking for a Technology Leader in Active Safety & Autonomous Drive who wants to combine technical expertise with business development, collaboration, and innovation to join our team in Gothenburg.

With us, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to some of the most exciting development projects in the automotive industry. You’ll work closely with customers, colleagues, and partners to develop solutions that make the mobility of the future safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

This role is for someone who thrives on building engagement, sharing knowledge, and helping others succeed. You have a strong technical foundation but are equally driven by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing both people and business.

As a Technology Leader, you’ll be a key part of our initiative in Active Safety & Autonomous Drive.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for, among other things:

• Serve as an advisory technical expert to customers and projects
• Contribute to developing our offering in active safety and autonomous driving
• Support our sales team in business development and identify new opportunities in the market
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships together with our sales representatives
• Share knowledge and coach colleagues within the organization
• Contribute to bidding processes, strategic initiatives, and proposal development
• Collaborate with specialists from various technical fields to create value for our customers

You will have significant freedom to influence both your own role and the long-term development of our field.

Qualifications

Who are you? We believe you are someone who values collaboration and is motivated by contributing to shared results. You have the ability to see the big picture while also delving into technical details when necessary.

We’d like you to have:

• Several years of experience in Active Safety and/or Autonomous Driving
• Experience in technical leadership, system development, or system architecture
• A solid understanding of development processes in the automotive industry
• The ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and engagingly
• Experience with customer engagement, business development, or consulting is a plus
• Very strong proficiency in Swedish and English
