We are strengthening our team in Stockholm with new stars to work with some of the most innovative and high-tech companies and the most socially important organizations in the region.

AFRY works with a wide range of external projects, where we develop products for both national and international customers. Here you will be involved in delivering large-scale solutions to several different industries.

In the role of Test Automation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with test automation in varying assignments. You will, among other things, increase the degree of automation by implementing and further developing test automation solutions and test cases at our customers. In addition, you will contribute with new ideas and approaches to test even more efficiently.

We work at the customer 3-5 days per week depending on the customer's needs and any security classification of the projects, which provides a varied everyday life with technical development and close cooperation with customers and colleagues. At the office in Stockholm, we take advantage of the opportunity to socialize - we strengthen the team spirit through joint breakfast, coffee and regular team activities and section meetings.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an eye for detail, enjoy working both independently and in teams, and like to take responsibility for driving projects forward. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute with your problem-solving ability, your analytical thinking and your experience in managing and reporting test results in a clear and structured way. Furthermore, it is desirable if you have a good ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in and contribute to technical discussions, and communicate clearly and effectively.

As many of our assignments are in the public sector and are security-classified assignments, you must have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, to cope with the assignments and meet the requirements of our customers. You must also have Swedish citizenship to pass security clearance and background checks. A criminal record check is part of our recruitment process.

Requirement specification

• At least 5-10 years of experience in test automation, preferably in larger organizations.
• Relevant university education or equivalent vocational training/professional experience.
• Experience from the public sector, banking/finance and/or the Armed Forces.
• Experience with automation tools such as Postman, Selenium, SoapUI or similar
• Certification: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation
• Experience with agile working, for example via frameworks such as SAFe.

Advantageous

• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python or similar.
• Experience in hardware testing and creating test strategies.
• Experience in developing test automation frameworks.
