Do you want a role where technology, development and leadership meet?

We are looking for you who want to work in a dynamic environment where you get to combine technical knowledge with the opportunity to lead and influence. As a Test Manager, you will be a key person in our development projects - from planning to implementation and analysis.

In the role of Test Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading and following up test activities - mainly at vehicle level - in areas such as:

• Mobility, firepower and survivability
• Information technology and communication
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

You will lead resources from different parts of Test & Verification and work closely with both internal development teams and external customers. You will be part of a team that is at the forefront of technology, working on the integration of advanced systems such as missiles, drones and active protection systems.

The position also involves collaboration with engineering units and some national and international travel.

Qualifications

We believe you have:

• A post-secondary engineering education
• Experience in the development of complex technical products
• Ability to plan and structure advanced tests
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
• B-driving license

It is meritorious if you have previous experience as a leader, as well as experience from the automotive industry, the defense industry or the Armed Forces.

To be considered for this position, Swedish citizenship is a requirement. You may be required to undergo a security clearance (in accordance with the Security Protection Act) as well as a drug test with which you need to be comfortable.
