Job description

As a Total Rewards Partner, you will be a key person in ensuring that AFRY's global Total Rewards models work in a Swedish context. Sweden is AFRY's largest market (approx. 50% of the group), which makes the role both strategically important and operationally varied.

You will support managers and HR in the entire Total Rewards area, including:

  • Pay structures and market data
  • Job architecture and career paths
  • Benefits, pensions and insurance
  • Annual salary review and pay equity
  • Bonus and incentive programs
  • Implementation of the EU:Pay Transparency Directive and other regulatory requirements
  • Governance, guidelines and methodology

The role is placed in Corporate Total Rewards with focus on Sweden. You will work closely with the global Total Rewards team, Swedish People & Culture and People and Labor Relations. Here you will have a strong mandate to influence the reward area in AFRY's main market and be part of an experienced international team. You will be based in the office in Solna with the possibility of some remote work.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement AFRY's Total Rewards work in Sweden in close collaboration with the global team
  • Develop and analyze processes within pension, insurance and benefits, and contribute to global Total Rewards initiatives
  • Advise and provide expert support to managers and HR
  • Participate in and lead global Total Rewards projects with a Swedish focus
  • Plan and implement Total Rewards training and communication

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are experienced in Total Rewards and want to be involved in developing, quality assuring and implementing AFRY's compensation strategy.

We believe you have:

  • Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards in a larger organization
  • Good understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements related to compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical skills and used to working with data and decision support
  • Very good communication and training skills in both Swedish and English
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with many different stakeholders
