Job description
We are looking for a system engineer/integrator for our customer in Täby. The customer is specialized in laser scribes for photomask drawing. Their technology is used in almost all screens in applications such as TVs, computers and tablets.
As a systems engineer/integrator, you will work both practically with systems, but also perform theoretical analysis of system principles.
Your main tasks will be to:
* Integrate new subsystems into the complete system
* Verify system and subsystem functionality
* Calibrate and fine-tune the system to meet specified performance
* Advanced troubleshooting and analysis
* Process and measure masks
* Build prototypes and test benches
The long term opportunity for this role is to participate in installation projects internationally - a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate!
Qualifications
To be a good fit for this role, we believe you will have:
- A university engineering degree (preferably in mechanical engineering, electronics or equivalent). You are either a recent graduate or have already gained some experience.
- You have a hands-on approach and an interest in technical solutions outside of work - perhaps by servicing your own car, designing your own assistive devices, or troubleshooting and repairing household electronics in your spare time.
- Importantly, you are eager to contribute and continue developing world-class products.
- You are highly motivated and can take responsibility for driving your own development and processes. You like to make analytical decisions and focus on solutions rather than problems.
- You have a general and genuine interest in technology.
- Your communication skills are good and you write and speak English fluently. Being able to speak and write Swedish is considered highly meritorious.
- As international travel will be relevant, a desire to travel is eventually necessary.
Additional:
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix, lithography process and experience in a cleanroom environment is highly appreciated but not a requirement.
