The validation work mainly takes place at the customer's site, in a production environment or in laboratories in connection with rebuilding or new construction. It can be anything from entire production lines to individual machines or smaller lab equipment, but the work can also be carried out internally at AFRY. The role includes planning, documenting and implementing VMP, VP, DQ, IQ/OQ/PQ, or leading validations and qualifications depending on your skills and experience.
Qualifications
To succeed and thrive in the role, we believe you have an engineering or science degree in chemistry, biotechnology combined with at least three years of relevant experience. You have solid knowledge of GMP and express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English in speech and writing. You work independently, structured and carefully, have good organizational skills and are used to documenting your work. At the same time, you see the value of collaboration, are happy to share your knowledge and thrive in the role of mentor for more junior colleagues. A B-driving license is an advantage and you should be commutable as our customers are located throughout the Greater Stockholm area. Location is Södertälje, Solna or Uppsala.
Further information
At AFRY you will be met by experienced, present and committed managers with extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and a good understanding of the challenges of the consulting role. You will receive continuous coaching and a close dialog about your development, where the focus is on creating a tailor-made career plan. We see skills development as a natural part of the work and strive to give you the opportunity to take on both varied and exciting assignments.
With us, you are offered a fixed salary and collective agreement, salary supplements during parental leave and a tailor-made career plan with the opportunity for continuous skills development and access to a large network of experts in Life Science. You will also have access to Club AFRY, our staff club, where you can take part in various cultural, sports, health and leisure activities.
