Job description

Do you want to be a key player in one of the strongest Life Science teams in the Nordics and contribute to a more sustainable and innovative future? As a Validation Manager with us, you will work at the forefront of Swedish and international pharmaceutical production, in a role where your experience makes a real difference.

As a Validation Manager, you will be a key player in complex projects with our customers. You will lead, plan and drive validation activities that are essential for the safe and efficient commissioning of modern production facilities, laboratories and equipment. You will have the opportunity to coordinate teams of validation engineers, drive qualifications from VMP and VP to DQ and IQ/OQ/PQ, work closely with customers in diverse environments and take an active role in coaching and developing junior colleagues. The role also offers scope to take on larger and more strategic assignments as you grow.

Qualifications

We expect you to have an engineering or science degree, for example in chemistry or biotechnology, and at least two years' experience in validation or qualification. You have good GMP knowledge with experience, work in a structured and independent manner and communicate well in both Swedish and English. You appreciate collaboration, are happy to share your knowledge and thrive in the role of mentor. Since our customers are located throughout Mälardalen, it is an advantage if you have a B-driving license and can commute as the work is usually on site at the customer. Location is Södertälje, Solna or Uppsala.
