Job description
Are you a quality-conscious engineer with an eye for detail and a keen interest in supplier development? Do you want to work as a consultant at the forefront of technology with our customers in various industries? Then this could be the next step in your career!
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work on ensuring and developing the quality of our customers' suppliers. You will be an important link between our customers' quality organization and their supplier network. You will work closely with both purchasing, production and suppliers to follow up and develop quality processes.
The assignments vary over time but can include:
- Conducting supplier audits and follow-ups
- Quality follow-up and deviation management
- Requirements and assessment of new and existing suppliers
- Support in NPI and change management
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Who are we?
Our Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) section consists of about 30 employees in Mälardalen, Malmö and Gothenburg. Among our employees, who range from new graduates to senior employees, there is a broad competence in quality, compliance and business development. We work with products throughout their life cycle or processes throughout the company's organization in different industries and organizations.
Qualifications
We would like you to have:
- Some years of experience in quality work, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in supplier assessment and/or audits
- Understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar
- Good communication skills and used to working in the interface between technology and business
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
We will be extra happy if you also have:
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, SQAP or similar
- Previously worked with requirements for subcontractors
- Experience from the automotive, engineering or process industry
Only Swedish citizenship is accepted to be considered for this position. You may be required to undergo a security clearance, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
