Individual and family care, Älvsbyn municipality is looking for 2 case managers with authority exercise 100% within the area of ​​activity Children and Young People. The unit's task is to investigate, support, help and provide service to vulnerable people in the municipality. Job duties Your duties mainly consist of the exercise of authority within social child and youth care. Receive notifications and applications relating to children and young people, investigation, decision-making according to the delegation order, follow-ups and re-examinations of assistance according to SoL (Social Services Act) and LVU (Act with special provisions on the care of young people). The investigative work also includes collaboration with the child's network and conducting motivational work with the family. Qualifications Sociology degree or other relevant degree at first level in university with supplementary education that meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's eligibility requirements for exercising authority over children and young people. Previous experience in the exercise of authority is a requirement. You must have good knowledge of current legislation and BBIC. The work requires your ability to create and maintain relationships with children and young people, their families and with various partners. You must have a good ability for reflection and analysis and be able to motivate and make well-founded decisions. A requirement is that you are thorough in terms of documentation and handling and can express yourself well both orally and in writing. Knowledge of languages ​​other than Swedish is advantageous, as is experience of working in the Pulsen Combine business system. You have good communication skills and are confident, calm and stable in your professional role, which is a prerequisite for being able to make quick decisions and act in situations despite limited information or difficult circumstances.
