We are now looking for you who will work to be a support in the daily work to the administrators within SoL and LSS as well as participate in quality assurance and developing the business. You will be part of a team of nine administrators and a unit manager. We need you who can contribute knowledge and work joy to our team. In the team, we help each other succeed in our mission. In the role of specialist administrator, you have a holistic perspective and start from the needs of the business. Job duties As a specialist administrator, you work closely with the unit manager and have an important role in assisting the unit manager in various operational matters. Together with the manager and other colleagues, you drive development and change work. In your role, you see opportunities where new ideas can be developed, to achieve increased quality and an equivalent way of working. You are an important part of the company's quality work by establishing routines and ensuring that the work maintains good quality and is based on established guidelines and routines. The assignment also includes contributing with competence, monitoring of the environment and a comprehensive view of the exercise of authority. The duties include participating in business cases and meetings. You provide guidance and support to the administrators in the daily work. Qualifications We are looking for you who have a degree in sociology/ the social care program or education that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of practical work experience of exercising authority within SoL. As a person, you are structured and work efficiently, systematically and methodically. You are analytical and can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and propose possible solutions. You take advantage of opportunities to think new things and keep yourself up-to-date by observing the world around you. You need to be independent and have the ability to make decisions on your own within the scope of the assignment. As a specialist administrator, you have many contact routes and need to be good at collaborating and working for a respectful working climate. You also need to be sensitive and have the ability to actively listen to others to understand their needs. In addition to formal competence, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. The following qualifications are meritorious: - You have practical work experience of exercising authority within LSS. - You have experience of working as a first social secretary or other managerial position. - You have experience of investigative work according to IBIC. - You have previous experience of working with the establishment of routines and quality work.
