The aid unit is now looking for a substitute administrator. The current service is primarily aimed at elderly care, but the target group is both older and younger people with disabilities who need support based on current legislation. The working group cares about looking after each other and has a good community where people help each other. Within the business, there is also a specialist case manager for, among other things, supervision and guidance in the daily work. We attach great importance to the introduction so that you feel secure in your work. The Assistance Unit also includes fee processing and administration.
As a case manager, you have a holistic perspective and start from the individual's needs, all investigations are carried out according to the IBIC model, Individual Needs in the Centre. The tasks mainly consist of investigating, making decisions and following up on the need for interventions according to the Social Services Act. The work includes, among other things, carrying out home visits and coordinated individual planning and, as an important part of the work, documentation. You work independently, but also in close collaboration with colleagues, other professions and businesses both internally and externally.
Sociology degree/Social care program or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have good knowledge of current legislation and legal practice in the area as well as experience of exercising authority within the Social Services Act as an administrator. It is advantageous if you have experience with IBIC. The work requires that you have a high level of cooperation while being able to take responsibility for your tasks independently. You must be able to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively. The work involves meetings with different people and therefore requires social skills, being responsive and interested in creating good meetings. We also see that you have a good ability to communicate in a clear and confident manner, both verbally and in writing. In addition to formal competence, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Driving license B is a requirement.
