Welcome with your application as an assistant nurse at Älvsbyn municipality's Investigation Unit! The activities are conducted or based on the Investigation Unit or in the individual's home. The Investigation Unit has eight places at Lövstigen and four places at Gullvivan (with a planned expansion of four more places) for our guests who have some form of assistance decision under the Social Services Act. We offer interventions for short-term places, alternating care places or investigation places. Our work is done with an everyday rehabilitation, salutogenic and solution-focused approach based on participation where the individual's will and ability are supported. Operations are conducted around the clock 7 days a week, every day of the year. Qualifications/Duties We are looking for a qualified nurse who wants to work on preventing, maintaining and improving health and well-being. You will be part of a team of different professions, consisting of a nurse, nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist and unit manager. - You have the skills to express yourself orally and in writing, such as drawing up, evaluating and following up on implementation plans. - You can perform various care activities on behalf of health professionals, such as sampling and specific training following training programs. - You have the ability to work in a person-centered and solution-focused way with a supportive and motivating approach. - You have the ability to use different forms of technology in daily work, such as digital meetings. - You have the ability to be flexible in prioritizing tasks and working hours. - You are able to work independently and take decisions required by your professional role, while also being able to interact in a prestigious manner as part of a team. - You have a B driving license. - Training and/or experience in dementia care would be an advantage. - You will have the opportunity to influence your working hours by setting an influential schedule in consultation with your colleagues where working hours are based on the needs of the business.
