The work is carried out with the individual person's individual needs at the center according to a salutogenic and supportive approach. As an assistant nurse with us, you provide care and assistance to users. You will support users in their daily lives, for example, helping with hygiene, meals and social activities. You will perform delegated health care tasks such as medication management. Documentation is an important part of the job and you will keep records and document according to current procedures. You will also interact in the team with colleagues and the manager, but also other professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. You will have the opportunity to influence your working hours by setting an influential schedule in consultation with your colleagues, where working hours are based on the needs of the business. Some time of scheduled working hours is resource time where you cover for e.g. absent colleagues. Qualifications We are looking for you who are committed, knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in working with older people. You are responsible, empathetic and have good collaboration skills, but can also see what needs to be done and take your own initiative. Formally, you have completed and approved education from the Health and Care Program at upper secondary level, or equivalent education that meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for nursing competence.
