Job duties As a coordinator, you are responsible for daily planning, staffing and have regular contact with users, relatives and other employees in the social services. The assignment as a coordinator includes tasks such as: intervention planning, handling short-term absences and schedule and vacation planning. You will work closely with the unit manager. Qualifications You should have experience in similar tasks in home care. We look for you to be structured and able to build participation and trust in staff groups. We believe that you are flexible, take initiative and are a responsible person with a high level of drive who works equally well independently and in teams. Experience with response planning systems is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. B driving license required Employment Working hours are Monday - Friday, daytime (normally between 6.30 and 15.30). The position is for temporary work when regular staff are absent.
