We look forward to your application with us! As a Personal Assistant, you work in the individual's home in accordance with the LSS Act. The service is with a male user who lives in central Älvsbyn. You will support and help the user based on the implementation plan in accordance with LSS values and the user's needs. Documentation is an important part of the work. You will be part of a team with 3 other assistants, but the work places high demands on independence and responsibility as you work alone. You will also have close cooperation with other relevant activities in the municipality such as health care (HSV). The working hours are based on 24-hour work with sleeping on call. Qualifications - You have completed the Care and Nursing program at upper secondary level, or other education in the field that the employer considers equivalent. - You are solution-focused with a supportive and motivating approach and have a low-effective approach. - You have a clear user focus and are responsive and have a good ability to collaborate with users, relatives and other people/professionals in the user's network. - You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, e.g. establish, evaluate and follow up implementation plans. - You can perform various care measures on behalf of health care professionals.
